   Donald Paarman

As told by Donald

I have been asking questions since the age of 5, when I cancelled my first suicide plans to get the hell off this planet. After two divorces, bouts of drugs and alcohol and a couple of loony bin stints I find myself very comfortable working with people in very dark and scary places. Before you pull the plug on yourself or submit to psychotic drugs, give me a shout and I will help you get your life back into balance, no judgment.

Donald Paarman is the eldest of the renowned Cape Town surfing clan of South Africa in the 1960's. His life story begins in an ubringing in a close-knit Catholic family on Glen Beach in Camps Bay. His early passion and talent for Surfing lead him to the Springbok surfing teams of 1966, 68 and 70. He is arguably the best surfer to come out of South Africa of the 60's. Surfing always remained an important part of Donald's life, right up even till today where you will find him waiting at the waters edge for the sun to rise to see how the waves are doing. But in those early years his path went a different way from a surfing career and only he can lay bare the true depth of his descent into drugs, alcoholism and lunacy.

Today, after a resurrection through surfing, therapy and abstinence he has a deep understanding in "the human condition". He has experience in helping, rehabilitating and advising people back onto their path for all sorts of misfortunes. Please dont hestitate to contact Donald if you want or need to talk something, there will be no judgement! Afterall, he's been there.
